Logistics Management A》Experiment Teaching Outline

I. Basis of the Outline
This teaching plan is base on the graduation teaching requirement by the specialty training plan. It emphasizes on training students to be familiar with logistics enterprise operational software and well operating.
II. Role of the experiments:
The teaching of the experiment guide students to exercise on logistics course module, basic flow、methods and technique. By using the experimental organizational software, students are supposed to understand and grasp the basic flow and operating, grasp the logistics flow and operating methods fluently. On base of understanding theoretical knowledge, students’ operational ability should be increased and students will learn to operate the real software and consolidate the theoretical knowledge by the process.
III. Teaching Objectives and the Measure of Students’ Ability
Experiment 1:Manufactures’ logistics enquiry & Logistics Company’s customer management
Objective of the experiment (in group):familiar with the manufacture’s enquiry model、grasp the enquiry flow、grasp the information processing methods in the enquiry、logistics Company’s contract management
Experiment content:Manufacturers send the enquiry to the logistics company; logistics company answer with quote and manage customer.
Measure of student ability:Understand and grasp the flow and content fluently, and solely fulfill the business process between companies and hand in the detail report.
Experiment 2: Manufactures’ logistics enquiry & Logistics Company’s customer management
Objective of the experiment (by single):familiar with the manufacture’s enquiry model、grasp the enquiry flow、grasp the information processing methods in the enquiry、logistics Company’s contract management
Experiment content:Manufacturers send the enquiry to the logistics company; logistics company answer with quote and manage customer.
Measure of student ability:Understand and grasp the flow and content fluently, and solely fulfill the business process between companies and hand in the detail report.
Experiment 3:Transport crew contract in Logistics Company
familiar with the contract model of the contracted transport crew、well grasp the balance flow of contracted transport crew、well grasp the information processing methods of contracted transport crew
Experiment content:Logistics company execute the crew contract.
Measure of students’ ability:Well grasp the flow and relative content, solely operate the come-and-go process between organizations, and finish detailed experiment report.
Experiment 4:Manufacture Production Plan、 Electronic Purchasing
1. Manufacture production plan
Objectives:Familiar with production plan, materials requirement planning, purchase plan bill and their basic operation、Grasp making up production plan, materials requirement plan and purchase plan.
Experiment content:Production plan, materials requirement planning, purchase plan bill and their basic operation and auditing.
Experiment 5:electronic purchasing、Purchase Order
1. Electronic purchasing
Objectives:familiar with manufacture electronic purchasing management model、well grasp the operation flow of eclectic purchase、well grasp the information process model of eclectic purchase.
Experiment content:Manufacture releases the electric purchasing information, supplier offering flow.
2. Purchasing order (directly inbound)
Objectives:Familiar with manufacture ordinary purchasing management model、Well grasp manufacture ordinary purchase operation flow、Well grasp manufacture ordinary purchase information processing model.
Experiment content:Manufacture purchasing order, release order, and inbound purchase flow.
Measure of student ability:Well grasp operation flow and content, solely operate business come-and-goes, and solely finish the experiment report.
Experiment 6:Ordinary order

Objectives:Familiar with manufacture ordinary purchase management model、Well grasp manufacture ordinary purchasing operation flow、Well grasp manufacture ordinary purchase information processing model
Experiment 7:logistic company inbound materials
Objectives:Familiar with logistic company inbound management model、Well grasp logistic company inbound operation flow、Well grasp logistic company inbound information processing model
Experiment content:Operation of logistic company inbound materials
Measure of students’ ability:Well grasp the operation flow and content, solely operate business come-and-go, and finish detailed experiment report.
IV. Teaching methods
1. Lecturer explains, cultivates theory.
2. Well operate organization flow in practice model and operate come-and-goes between students terminals.
